Abstract

Praca magisterska prezentuje sposób funkcjonowania podatku VAT w usługach transportu i spedycji wykonywanych nie tylko na terenie Unii Europejskiej, lecz również poza jej granicami, zgodnie z najnowszymi przepisami prawa z 2014 roku. W rozdziale pierwszym przedstawiono definicję podatku oraz jego konstrukcję prawną. Rozdział drugi pokazuje sposób dokumentacji podatku VAT, zasady wystawiania faktur oraz zasady prowadzenia ewidencji podatku VAT. W rozdziale trzecim omówiono sposób opodatkowania usług transportu i spedycji. W rozdziale czwartym zaprezentowano analizę podatku VAT w badanej firmie EKOFROST.

Master's thesis presents the operation of the VAT in the transport and forwarding services performed not only in the European Union, but also beyond its borders, according to the latest laws of 2014 years. The first section presents the definition of the tax and its legal structure. The second chapter shows how the documentation VAT invoicing rules and principles of keeping records of VAT. The third chapter discusses the tax treatment of transport and forwarding services. The fourth chapter presents an analysis of VAT in the studied company EKOFROST.
