Rynek usług logistycznych w Polsce

Abstract

Celem niniejszej pracy jest analiza usług logistycznych w Polsce. Przyjęto że okres analizy dotyczy lat 2010- 2014. Za cel badawczy przyjęto przedsiębiorstwo DHL Exel Supply Chain Trade Poland. Natomiast jako techniki badań wybrano analizę marketingową, w której wykorzystano dwa instrumenty – macierz BCG oraz benchmarking. Praca składa się trzech rozdziałów. Część pierwsza obejmuje zagadnienia teoretyczne. Przedstawia różne definicje usługi logistycznej, a także proces ich świadczenia. Szczegółowo omówione są podstawowe usługi takie jak: transport, magazynowanie czy spedycja. W części drugiej jest mowa o infrastrukturze logistycznej. Szczegółowo przybliżona jest problematyka krajowej infrastruktury czy centrów logistycznych. Ponadto przedstawiono nowoczesne systemy informatyczne stosowane w usługach logistycznych. W ostatniej części praktycznej Charakterystyce poddawane zostało przedsiębiorstwo DHL Exel Supply Chain Trade Poland. W analizie wzięto pod uwagę strukturę organizacyjną, przedmiot działania.

The purpose of this paper is the analysis of logistic services in Poland. Assume that the analysis period concerns the years 2010-2014. The objective of the research enterprise is assumed to DHL Exel Supply Chain Trade. However, as research techniques in marketing analysis is selected which two instruments-BCG matrix and benchmarking. The work consists of three chapters. The first part includes theoretical issues. Presents a variety of definitions of logistics services, as well as the process of their benefits. Specifically discussed are the basic services such as transportation, storage or shipping. In the second part we talk about logistics infrastructure. Approximate national issues is detailed infrastructure or logistics centres. In addition, shows modern information systems used in logistics services. In the last part of the operational characteristics of enterprise has been subjected to DHL Exel Supply Chain Trade. In the analysis of organizational structure have been taken into account, the subject of the action.
