Analiza pracy zespołowej z osobami niepełnosprawnymi na podstawie Powiatowego Ośrodka Wsparcia

Abstract

Praca magisterska obejmuję zespół zagadnień, które dotyczą aspektów pracy zespołowej. W pracy tej zostały opisane podstawowe zagadnienia, rodzaje oraz formy na temat pracy zespołowej. Dokonana została charakterystyka Powiatowego Ośrodka Wsparcia w Muszynie. Zaprezentowano również, jaki ma wpływ praca zespołowa na stopień przyswajania wiedzy przez osoby niepełnosprawne w zakresie terapii zajęciowej. Przedstawiono proponowany program treningów terapeutycznych oraz system pracy zespołowej w Ośrodku. Celem pracy magisterskiej było ukazanie specyfiki pracy zespołowej i jej oddziaływanie na osoby niepełnosprawne. Została użyta ankieta, skierowana do opiekunów osób niepełnosprawnych by zgromadzić potrzebne dane. W badaniach uczestniczyło 50 osób. Potwierdzenie hipotez o wpływie pracy zespołowej na osoby niepełnosprawne stanowi rezultat badań. Z badań tych wynika, że największą rolę w treningach terapeutycznych ma praca zespołowa. Dzięki niej osoby niepełnosprawne integrują się z innymi oraz szybciej i łatwiej przyswajają nową wiedzę.

The master thesis includes the issues that concern the aspects of the teamwork. The basic issues, types and forms of the teamwork were described in the thesis, as well as the characteristic of the District Support Centre. It presents the influence of the teamwork on the extent of learning by the people with disabilities in the field of the occupational therapy. The suggested plan of the therapy trainings and the scheme of the teamwork in the Centre were presented as a practical aspect of the thesis. The purpose of this master thesis was to present the specifics of the teamwork and its influence on the disabled people. The survey questionnaire was used to collect the necessary data. It was directed to the carers of the disabled people. During this research the 50 people were asked for the answers. The result confirmed the hypotheses about the influence of the teamwork on the disabled people. The research also showed that the greatest part in the therapy trainings had the teamwork, thanks to which the disabled people could integrate with the others and upgrade new knowledge in the quicker and easier way.
