uczestniczą sprzedawca i klient. Przedstawiono czynniki warunkujące efektywną sprzedaż, a także sam przebieg procesu sprzedaży, w którym główną rolę odgrywają techniki wywierania wpływu na zachowania konsumentów.
W pierwszym rozdziale przedstawiono istotę efektywności sprzedaży.
Zaprezentowano kolejno czynniki, które gwarantują wzrost sprzedaży. Ukazano
The objective of the project was to portray a sale as a process in which both the
sales representatives and the customers participate. I aimed to investigate the factors
conditioning effective sales as well as the course of the whole process, in which the
techniques of affecting the purchasers’ behaviour constituted the dominant role.
The first chapter portrays the essence of sales efficiency as well as factors
contributing to its increase. Moreover, I presented the significance of sales representatives
whose main aim is to meet the clients’ needs. Additionally, the chapter discusses the
influence of marketing on consumers’ behaviour and the growth of sale.
The following chapter deals with the sale process and the techniques introduced
by the sales representatives in order to manipulate the purchasers.
The final part of my project illustrates the research issues and its methodology
as well as its results. The outcome of the research allows to affirm that sales
representatives are aware of many methods, which they make use of in direct conversations
with their customers. Namely, when they present certain goods, the sales people are very
likely to resort to so called social proof technique, which effectively encourages the buyers
to decide to purchase certain item. The tradesmen attempt to create an image of a reliable
worker so as to make their clients trust them. Their appropriate attitude when
communicating with purchasers results in a very favourable first impression, which makes
the client more prone to buy a certain product. The results of research also prove that the
elements of marketing are an effective tool in sales.
