Omówione zostały fundamentalne kwestie związane z zarządzaniem, organizacją pracy w obszarze usług hotelarskich. Wprowadzono pojęcie ceny oraz ich rodzaje oraz znaczenie jakie ona odgrywa na rynku usług hotelarskich. Praca przedstawia analizę i znaczenie psychologiczne ceny w walce o klienta oraz z konkurencją na rynku. Została dokonana również analiza wskaźnikowa związana z funkcjonowaniem hotelu.
