    Coming from an appearing picture, it is impossible to underestimate importance of learning by managers of the managing of the time. It is special to the managers, as they are directors in a company. This inability influences on acceptance of correct decisions, improvement of work with other organizations, partners and suppliers. Also the company is unable to be competitive. From here follows stand conclusion that every manager needs to learn how manage and distribute his own time. Let’s recall one more time which were hypotheses. 1. Managers are not able to manage own time, that results on impossibility to accept correct decisions, from what goes out that managers need to learn how to manage their time. 55% of managers are not able to devote enough time so they were able to accept correct decisions. 2. Managers are not able to manage own time, that results on impossibility of improving the work of the company with other organizations from what goes out that managers need to learn how to manage their time. 54% of managers are not able to improve work of the company with other organizations, because they cannot devote enough time for meetings, or they are carried out on another day. 3. Managers are not able to manage own time, that results on impossibility to improve the competitiveness of the company from what goes out that managers need to learn how to manage their time. 57% of the managers make company uncompetitive, because of being unable to order their own time and to devote it for such measures as getting enough time for the workers who are one of the most important issues in the company.
