    The aim of present article is performance of the basic ways of satisfying of the applications of undertakings on capital financing as well as the test of the estimation of the gaining over of capital across the issues of the debentures of undertakings in report to the other exterior sources of financing of greatest undertakings on example Polish as well as of select countries (USA, Norway, Spain). The object of research are the exterior sources of financing of undertakings (bonds, actions, bank credits, loans, short-term indebted papers, leasing) and their influence on forming of the structure of capital in undertakings in Poland as well as select lands in the world, instead the object of the research of this undertaking about established position on international markets. The assortment criterion according to which are chosen to comparisons Norway, Spain and USA leans on specific legal regulatings in this countries what influences in considerable degree on liquidity, remunerativeness as well as the investing risk in valuable papers. For the necessities of research remained used the methods of financial analysis (comparative analysis).

However, they are limited sources and the same it does not is sufficient on realization of whole project. Therefore also in the second phase - start have essential meaning the ovule funds of capital risk. The funding innovation with a bank innovation credit, venture capital or mezzanine requires stage their the considerable advantage - phase of expansion, and the gain over from market of valuable papers the investment capital is equivalent with fourth phase of development of project that is the phase of durable growth. Beyond this on different stages of activity of enterprise in frames of realization innovative project accessible the public centers are, which in Poland make up the main driving strength of funding the innovation and what it for this goes determine the raising process of innovations level of Polish economy.
