dc.description.abstractGłównym celem badań jest próba określenia jaki styl kierowania dominuje w Gminie Chełmiec. W celu zebrania informacji wykorzystałam trzy kwestionariusze na style kierowania. Badanie przeprowadzono na terenie Gminy Chełmiec wśród pracowników znajdujących się na stanowiskach kierowniczych. Analiza badań empirycznych wykazała, że wśród pracowników Gminy Chełmiec dominują trzy style kierowania: dyrektorski, kompleksowy oraz kompromisowy. Przeprowadzone badania przy użyciu pierwszego kwestionariusza dowiodły, że dominującym stylem kierowania jest dyrektorski. Charakteryzuje się nim 40% pracowników. Z kolejnego kwestionariusza wynikło, że dominującym stylem jest kompleksowy z którym identyfikuje się również 50% badanych. Ostatni kwestionariusz wykazał, że dominującym stylem jest kompromisowy, z którym identyfikuje się aż 60% respondentów.pl
dc.description.abstractThe main aim of the research is to try to find out what management style dominates in Chełmiec commune. In order to collect data I used three questionnaires on management styles. The research was conducted on the area of Chełmiec commune among the employees working on the managerial posts. The analysis of empirical research showed that there are three management styles that dominate among the workers: the director’s one, the global one and the compromise one. The research carried out with the usage of the first questionnaire proved that the director’s style is the most dominant one - 40% of workers is characterized by it. The results of the second questionnaire showed that it is the global style which is the most dominant – 40% of workers identifies with this style. The last questionnaire showed that the compromise style is the predominant one – as many as 60% of workers identifies with it.pl
