dc.description.abstractSektor małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw stanowi najliczniejszą grupę przedsiębiorstw. Odgrywa istotną rolę w takich kwestiach jak wzrost gospodarczy oraz zatrudnienie, pozytywnie wpływając na rozwój polskiej gospodarki. Mimo licznych barier zewnętrznych wskazywanych przez przedsiębiorców, sektor ten charakteryzuje się stosunkowo wysoką dynamiką wzrostu. Przedstawione w pracy badania na temat barier tegoż sektora, opublikowane przez instytucje rządowe, ośrodki naukowe, jak i organizacje zrzeszające przedsiębiorców, czy też instytucje komercyjne, wskazują na uciążliwość barier zewnętrznych, a w szczególności zagrożeń związanych z wysokością obciążeń podatkowych oraz nieprzejrzystością przepisów prawa. Wyniki te nie znalazły odzwierciedlenia w analizowanym mikroprzedsiębiorstwie z branży elektronicznej. Nawet najlepsze wskaźniki gospodarcze czy też niskie podatki nie wpłyną na poprawę funkcjonowania działalności firmy, jeżeli nie upora się ona ze swoimi wewnętrznymi zagrożeniami.pl
dc.description.abstractThe sector of small and medium- sized enterprises constitutes the most numerous group of companies. It plays an important role in such matters as an economic growth and employment and it also has a positive influence on the development of Polish economy. In spite of numerous external barriers pointed by the entrepreneurs, this sector characterizes in a relatively large growth trend. The researches on the barriers of this sector presented in this thesis, published by the general government, scientific centres organizations associating entrepreneurs and commercial institutions, indicate on difficulty of external barriers, especially on the threats connected with the burden of taxation and ambiguity of law. These results does not reflect in analyzed micro-enterprise from an electronic branch. Even the best economic indicator or low taxes will not influence on the improvement of function of the enterprise if it does not manage with its internal threats.pl
