dc.description.abstractPrzedstawiona praca magisterska na temat: „Struktury mafijne – aspekty organizacyjne, ekonomiczne, prawne i socjologiczne” jest analizą teoretyczną dostępnej literatury naukowej, wybitnych zagranicznych znawców i teoretyków problemów mafii. Kolejne hipotezy pracy weryfikowano poprzez analizę porównawczą dostępnych materiałów intelektualnych, a także prasy oraz przetłumaczonych fragmentów protokołów i zeznań mafiosów zamieszczonych w literaturze przedmiotu. Najważniejsze rezultaty i wnioski z pracy:• założono, że mafia istnieje nadal i posiada określone struktury organizacyjne, ekonomiczne i finansowe;• stwierdzono, iż ramiona mafii sięgają od Sycylii do Stanów Zjednoczonych w postaci cosa nostry, na Bliski i Daleki Wschód oraz do Japonii jako jakuza i triada, w głąb Rosji jako „mafia rosyjska i permska”, a także działalność o charakterze mafijnym istnieje w Polsce;• przedstawiono, że mafia prowadzi nadzór nad przemytem i nielegalnym handlem alkoholem, papierosami i narkotykami oraz prostytucją i czerpie z tej działalności ogromne, nielegalne zyski;• w sensie społecznym i socjologicznym określono rolę kobiet w mafii, przedstawiono skorumpowanych polityków i związki mafii z Kościołem. Praca ta nie wyczerpuje wszystkich znamion pojęcia mafioso i mafia, a także wszystkich zagadnień społecznych związanych z tą organizacją.pl
dc.description.abstractThe topic of presented thesis of ”Mafia structures – organisational, economic, legal and sociological aspects” is a theoretical analysis of the available scientific literature, recognized foreign experts and theorists of mafia’ problems. Given hypothesis of work were verified by comparative analysis of the available intellectual materials, as well as the press, and the fragments of the translated reports of mafiosos’ evidence contained in the literature of the subject. The most significant results and conclusions of the thesis: • It is assumed that mafia is still represented within its organisational, economic and financial structures. • It is certified that its branches reach Cicily and the USA as the cosa nostra or jacuza and triada in Japan and Near and Far East. In Russia it is called ”Russian” or ”Permska” mafia. Mafia’s organizations are recognized in Poland, as well. • Mafia controls drug, tobacco, alcohol and prostitution traffic and derives enormous illegal business profits.• The role of mafia’s women was presented both in social and sociological aspects, as well as corrupted politicians and mafia’s relations with the Church. The thesis does not cover all the regards of the terms “mafioso” and “mafia”, as well as all social aspects connected with that organization.pl
