dc.description.abstractPrzedmiotem niniejszej pracy dyplomowej jest analiza wynagrodzeń w działalności gospodarczej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem skutków ekonomicznych i prawnych wynikających z procesu wynagradzania. Podmiotem przeprowadzanych badań została Firma Handlowo – Usługowa „Bross” s.c., czasookres, z którego zebrany został materiał badawczy to dwa kolejne lata kalendarzowe, czyli rok 2009 oraz 2010. Analizie poddano wynagrodzenia wypłacone przez przedsiębiorstwo oraz jego pochodne czyli koszty pracy, jako ostateczny efekt procesu wynagradzania. W celu zebrania materiału badawczego dotyczącego danych finansowych, w obrębie kosztów wynagrodzeń oraz pozostałych kosztów pracy, weryfikacji poddana została dokumentacja kadrowo-płacowa badanej firmy taka jak: umowy o pracę, listy obecności, listy płac, deklaracje ZUS oraz dokumentacja księgowa czyli podatkowa księga przychodów i rozchodów. Zebrane dane szczegółowe zagregowano w dane zbiorcze dotyczące czasookresu przyjętego do analizy, a następnie poddano wnioskowaniu. Wnioskiem nasuwającym się w wyniku podjętej analizy jest fakt, że wynagrodzenia w działalności gospodarczej będąc jednocześnie kosztem kreują dalsze koszty w przedsiębiorstwie. Wielkość kosztów pracy w przedsiębiorstwie warunkowa jest w głównej mierze stopniem obciążeń wynagrodzeń oraz przyjętej polityki płac w zakresie poziomu wynagrodzeń oraz stanu i struktury zatrudnienia wynikających z realizowanych procesów gospodarczych.pl
dc.description.abstractThe subject of this diploma thesis is the analysis of remuneration in business, with special attention on economic and legal effects resulting from the remuneration process. The research was carried out in a civil law partnership called Firma Handlowo – Usługowa „Bross” s.c. [“Bross” Trade and Services Company, Civil Law Partnership]. The research material which was gathered concerned two subsequent calendar years, i.e. 2009 and 2010. The analysis concerned the remuneration and related benefits paid by the company, i.e. the labour costs, as the final effect of the remuneration process. In order to gather research material related to financial data concerning the costs of remuneration as well as other labour costs, the payroll records of the company in question which were verified included: contracts of employment, attendance lists, payrolls, social insurance statements as well as accounting documentation, i.e. the revenue and expense ledger. The detailed data which was gathered was aggregated into summarized data related to the analysed period of time, which was later subject to making inferences. The result of the analysis that was carried out is the conclusion that remuneration constitutes a significant component of expenses in business and, as costs, it generates further costs for the company. The scale of labour costs in a company depends mainly on the level of remuneration encumbrances and the adopted payroll policy as far as the level of remuneration is concerned, and on the status and structure of the employed staff, which result from the applicable economic processes.pl
