dc.description.abstractCelem pracy jest ocena wykorzystania funduszy europejskich przez Gminę Korzenna, finansowanie realizowanych zadań w latach 2007-2013. Rozdział pierwszy przedstawia istotę i rodzaje polityki spójności, do której należą: fundusze strukturalne i fundusz spójności. Ukazuje również cele i podstawowe zasady wraz z ich charakterystyką. Rozdział drugi przedstawia gminę jako podmiot, realizujący projekty rozwojowe, pojęcie i istotę samorządu terytorialnego oraz gospodarkę finansową gminy. W rozdziale trzecim ukazane zostały cele i problemy badawcze oraz metody jakie zostały wykorzystane w pracy, a także charakterystyka Gminy Korzenna. Rozdział czwarty to struktura urzędu gminy, plan rozwoju lokalnego gminy na lata 2014-2020 oraz opis zrealizowanych inwestycji z dofinansowania Unii Europejskiej w latach 2007-2013.Podsumowując, Gmina Korzenna w latach 2007 - 2013 brała aktywny udział w pozyskiwaniu środków z funduszy. Gmina zdobyła liczne wyróżnienia i nagrody. Na terenie gminy zauważalne są zrealizowane i w dalszym ciągu realizowane inwestycje współfinansowane z funduszy unijnych. Można stwierdzić, że środki unijne przyczyniają się do rozwoju społeczno – gospodarczego gminy Korzenna.pl
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the thesis is to evaluate the use of European funds by the Korzenna municipality for financing the tasks carried out in 2007-2013. The first chapter presents the nature and types of cohesion policy including the Structural Funds and the Cohesion Fund. It also shows the objectives and basic principles , as well as their characteristics. The second chapter presents the municipal entity implementing development projects, the concept and essence of local government and the municipality’s financial management. The third chapter shows the objectives, problems and the methods which were used in the thesis, as well as the characteristics of Korzenna municipality. The fourth chapter contains the structure of the development plan for the municipality between 2014 and 2020, as well as a description of the investments realized by EU cofunding between 2007 and 2013. In conclusion, the Municipality Korzenna took an active part from 2007 to 2013 in acquiring money from the EU funds. For this achievement the municipality has received numerous awards. In the area of this municipality ongoing and finished construction project realized by the help of the EU funds are apparent. Therefore it can be concluded that the EU funds contribute to the socio - economic development of the community of Korzenna.pl
