dc.description.abstractW pracy omówiona została koncepcja, najważniejsze funkcje oraz zadania systemu kontrolingu w organizacji. Głównym celem było ukazanie kontrolingu jako narzędzia wspomagającego zarządzanie i ułatwiającego podejmowanie kluczowych decyzji w firmie. Kontroling traktowany jest jako pewnego rodzaju wskaźnik przedsiębiorstwa, który wyznacza ścieżkę dalszego postępowania i funkcjonowania firmy. Praca zawiera również opis działania systemu kontrolingu w wymiarze funkcjonowania całej organizacji. Poza samą ideą systemu kontrolingu szczegółowej analizie zostało poddane stanowisko kontrolera w procesie kontrolingu: jego rola, zadania przewodnie, miejsce zajmowane w strukturze organizacyjnej przedsiębiorstwa oraz wymagania jakie są przed nim stawiane. W części badawczej analizie poddane zostało Przedsiębiorstwo Frukt Spółka z o. o., w którym system kontrolingu z powodzeniem funkcjonuje od ponad 10 lat. Na podstawie uzyskanych informacji przedstawiona została sylwetka firmy oraz całościowy proces wdrożenia i funkcjonowania kontrolingu w badanym przedsiębiorstwie, łącznie z oceną efektywności jego działania. Na podstawie obserwacji i danych można było dokonać diagnozy efektów funkcjonowania kontrolingu, a na ich podstawie dokonać identyfikacji wad i zalet takiego rozwiązania.pl
dc.description.abstractThe paper discusses the concept and the most important functions and tasks of a controlling system in an organization. The main objective was to show controlling as a tool to support management and to facility taking key decisions in a company. Controlling is regarded as a kind of indicator of the company, which determines the path for further proceedings and functioning of the company. The paper also contains a description of the controlling system operation within the entire organization functioning. Besides the very idea of the controlling system a detailed analysis has been the made pertaining to the position of controllers in the process of controlling: their role, guiding tasks, positions held in an organizational structure of the company and the requirements that are imposed on them. In the research part the Frukt Company Ltd. has been analyzed, in which the controlling system has been successfully operating for over 10 years. The obtained information was allowed to present the profile of the company and the overall process of implementation and functioning of controlling in the audited company, including the assessment of its operation effectiveness. The observations and data provided the diagnosis of the effects of the controlling functioning and therefore allowed to identify the advantages and disadvantages of such a solution.pl
