Analizie poddano 75 tytułów i streszczeń. Do końcowej analizy zakwalifikowano 35 artykułów nad interwencjami z udziałem koni w zdrowiu psychicznym.
The aim of this article is to review research on the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions involving horses applied to individuals with mental disorders, based on a literature review covering the period from 2016 to 2026. A total of 75 titles and abstracts were analyzed. For the final analysis, 35 articles concerning equine-assisted interventions in mental health were qualified. The analysis focuses on clinical outcomes and parameters objectifying the effects of therapy. The article organizes the available evidence, indicates areas with the greatest therapeutic potential, and identifies methodological limitations that affect the possibility of inferring causality and generalizing results.en_US
