dc.description.abstractPrzedmiotem pracy jest omówienie roli funduszy unijnych w rozwoju i innowacyjności sektora małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. W pracy dokonano charakterystyki małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw w Polsce i w regionie Sądecczyzny, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem branży florystycznej. Na potrzeby umotywowania tezy, że fundusze unijne w znacznym stopniu przyczyniają się do zmniejszenia barier założenia i rozwoju własnej działalności gospodarczej przygotowano plan biznesowy dla kwiaciarni „Florenata”. Opisano wybrane elementy biznesplanu z wykorzystaniem metod badawczych takich jak: analiza SWOT oraz punktowa ocena atrakcyjności sektora na podstawie listy ekonomicznych i rynkowych czynników sukcesu, kluczowych dla rozwoju firmy. Przeprowadzono także ankietę internetową dotyczącą preferencji potencjalnych klientów. Na podstawie dokonanej analizy stwierdzono, że pomysł na biznes jest realny i ma szansę powodzenia. Celem zdobycia lub poszerzenia wiedzy na temat możliwości ubiegania się o dofinansowanie unijne przedstawiono funkcje i zadania pełnione przez instytucje wsparcia biznesu w Nowym Sączu oraz możliwości, z których przedsiębiorcy mogą skorzystać w ramach projektów organizowanych przez Małopolski Regionalny Program Operacyjny.pl
dc.description.abstractThe topic of this master’s thesis is discussion of the role of European Union funds in the process of development and innovativeness of the small and medium businesses. The characteristics of the small and medium businesses in Poland and in the region of Sądecczyzna were made in this MA thesis. The sector of floristry was took into special consideration. The business plan for florist’s “Florenata” was made for the needs of this thesis justification. The aforementioned thesis was as following: European Union funds contribute in a big extent in the process of decreasing barriers of establishing and development own economic activity. The chosen elements of the business plan were described with the usage of research methods, such as following: SWOT analysis and scoring of attractiveness of the sector on the basis of the list of economic and business success factors, fundamental for the company development. The Internet survey was conducted as well. This survey concerned the potential customers’ preferences. It was discovered, on the basis of it, that the idea of the business plan is real and has a chance to be realised. For the purpose of achievement or extension of the knowledge of the possibility of applying for European Union additional financing, the functions and tasks performed by business supportive institutions in Nowy Sącz and possibilities of within the framework of projects organised by Regional Operational Programme for Małopolska Voivodship 2014-2020 were presented.pl
