Abstrakt
W pracy omówiono zagadnienie finansowania inwestycji w sektorze małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw za pomocą zewnętrznych źródeł, w oparciu o przegląd dostępnej literatury przedmiotu. Celem pracy była analiza działalności Przedsiębiorstwa LT-1, zajmującego się między innymi produkcją gadżetów reklamowych, pod kątem wyboru zewnętrznego źródła finansowania inwestycji w postaci samochodu osobowego. Analizy firmy dokonano na podstawie diagnozy potencjału rozwojowego POS oraz przeglądu obecnej sytuacji ekonomiczno-finansowej firmy. Porównanie ofert zewnętrznych źródeł finansowania inwestycji opracowane zostało za pomocą bezpłatnego kalkulatora finansowego. Dane niezbędne do dokonania obliczeń uzyskano na podstawie wywiadu z jednym z właścicieli firmy oraz przeglądu udostępnionej dokumentacji wewnętrznej. Analiza sytuacji ekonomiczno-finansowej firmy pod kątem sfinansowania inwestycji za pomocą zewnętrznego źródła wykazała, iż najkorzystniejszym sposobem finansowania jest leasing operacyjny oferowany bezpośrednio przez dealera wybranego samochodu.
The study discusses the issue of the financing of investments in the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises using external sources, based on a review of available literature. The aim of this study was to analyze the business Enterprise LT-1,esp. involved in the production of advertising gadgets, for the selection of external sources of financing in the form of a passenger car. The analysis of the diagnosis was based on the development potential of POS and a review of the current economic and financial situation of the company. The comparison of external financing sources have been developed using a free financial calculator. The data necessary for the calculation were obtained from an interview with one of the owners of the company and a review of available internal documents.The analysis of the economic and financial situation in terms of the investment funding with an external source showed that the most preferred method of financing is an operating lease offered directly by the dealer of the selected vehicle.
