dc.description.abstractSytuacje stresowe są obecnie nieodłącznym atrybutem życia człowieka, a pojęcie „stres” na stałe zagościło już w języku potocznym. Pojęcie stresu doczekało się bardzo wielu naukowych wyjaśnień w dziedzinie psychologii. Wybrane, najbardziej znane teorie opisujące istotę tego zjawiska omówiono w niniejszej pracy. Celem tej pracy będzie przedstawienie zagadnień związanych właśnie ze stresem w pracy, wywołanym sytuacją, na którą nie mieli pracownicy wpływu, a mianowicie kryzysem gospodarczym. W niniejszej pracy poddano analizie wpływu kryzysu gospodarczego na powstawanie stresu menedżerskiego i pracowniczego. W celu potwierdzenia tezy, iż kryzys ekonomiczny wpłynął na powstawanie stresu menedżerskiego i pracowniczego przeprowadzono badania wśród mieszkańców miasta Mielca. W badaniach tych posłużono się ankietą. Wnioski z badań pozwoliły na zweryfikowanie postawionej tezy i stwierdzenie, że kryzys ekonomiczny przyczynił się po powstawania stresu menedżerskiego i pracowniczego.pl
dc.description.abstractStressful situations are now an intrinsic part of human life and the concept of `stress` has been frequently used in the informal language. There are many explanations of the notion of `stress` in branch of psychology. The selected and best known theories describing the essence of this phenomenon have been discussed in this work. The purpose of it is to present some issues related exactly to stress at work which is caused by situation on which the employees had no impact, namely the economic crisis. In the present work the influence of the economic crisis was analyzed in terms of the formation of the managerial and staff stress. In order to confirm the thesis that the economic crisis affected the emergence of the managerial and staff stress, the survey was conducted among the inhabitants of Mielec city. The study was carried out by means of a questionnaire. The conclusions drawn of it allowed for a verification of the claim and a declaration that the economic crisis contributed to the emergence of the managerial and staff stress.pl
