dc.description.abstractPraca jest analizą endogenicznych i egzogenicznych barier w procesie restrukturyzacyjnym całego sektora górniczego. Przedstawia bariery jakie determinują wprowadzenie zmian w kopalniach. Skupia się również na wyjaśnieniu procesu restrukturyzacji, szans i zagrożeń z nim związanych. Ukazuje także działania rządu, szereg ustaw, dzięki którym możliwe jest przeprowadzenie działań restrukturyzacyjnych w Polsce. Ważnym elementem pracy jest przeanalizowanie i dogłębne zbadanie oporów, które towarzyszą wprowadzanym zmianom. Ukazane zostały problemy z jakimi boryka się cały sektor górniczy w Polsce. Praca podkreśla istotę zmian w otoczeniu, która wpływa na funkcjonowanie szeroko pojętego górnictwa. Ukazuje również sektor górniczy, jako branżę szczególnie wrażliwą na wszelkie zmiany, które są spowodowane różnymi czynnikami opisanymi w niniejszej pracy. Przeanalizowano szereg zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych czynników zagrażających restrukturyzacji górnictwa węgla kamiennego. Praca przedstawia sytuację polskiego górnictwa, szanse na rozwój, ,jak również problemy na jakie napotykają kopalnie. Istotną kwestią poruszaną w pracy jest propozycja działań naprawczych, jakie powinniśmy przeprowadzić w sytuacji pojawienia się barier zarówno endogenicznych, jak i endogenicznych. Praca opiera się na dwóch wybranych przedsiębiorstwach górniczych i na ich podstawie zostały scharakteryzowane i przeanalizowane bariery uniemożliwiające wprowadzenie zmian.pl
dc.description.abstractJob analysis of endogenous and exogenous barriers in the process restructuring mining sector. Represents the barriers that determine the changes in the mines . Also focuses on the explanation of the restructuring process , opportunities and threats associated with it. Also covers the actions of the government ,a number of laws , through which it is possible to conduct restructuring activities in Poland. An important element of the work is the analysis and in-depth study of resistance that accompany your changes. Shown were the problems faced by the entire mining sector in Poland. The work emphasizes the essence of changes in the environment that affects the functioning of the wider production. Also covers the mining sector, as the industry, especially react to any changes due to various factors described in this paper. We have reviewed a number of internal and external factors that threaten the coal industry restructuring. The paper presents the situation of the Polish mining, the chances of development as well as challenges faced by the mine. An important issue, on the occasion of the work, and the proposal of corrective actions that must be executed in case of occurrence of barriers both endogenous and endogenous. The work is based on two separate mining and based on them have been described and analyzed barriers preventing the introduction of changes.pl
