dc.description.abstractGłównym celem pracy jest omówienie najistotniejszych kwestii związanych z funkcjonowaniem organizacji pozarządowych. Jest to próba odpowiedzi na pytania: Jakie są źródła finansowania organizacji non- profit? Kto sprawuje kontrolę nad trzecim sektorem? Jakiego typu działalnością jest Caritas? Całość składa się z czterech rozdziałów oraz podsumowania. Pierwszy z nich wyjaśnia, czym są organizacje pozarządowe, ich zasady funkcjonowania oraz regulacje prawne. Drugi rozdział dotyczy sposobów pozyskiwania funduszy przez organizacje pozarządowe. Trzecia część przybliża rodzaje kontroli i nadzoru nad organizacjami non- profit, wyjaśnia różnicę pomiędzy tymi dwoma formami lustracji oraz określa ich zakres zadań i obowiązków wobec trzeciego sektora. Pracę kończy szczegółowa analiza funkcjonowania Caritas w Polsce. Przybliża historię i pochodzenie tej organizacji, wyjaśnia zasady działania w oparciu o Statut Caritas Polska, analizuje pozyskiwanie środków finansowych i materialnych oraz ich przeznaczenie. Opisuje akcje i programy realizowane przez Caritas wspierane przez społeczeństwo. Wśród spostrzeżeń nasuwa się ogromne uznanie i zaufanie społeczeństwa do organizacji Caritas. Wyniki kontroli i nadzoru oraz raporty z prowadzonych akcji dostępne dla każdego obywatela czynią społeczeństwo jeszcze bardziej przychylnym działaniu organizacji pozarządowych.pl
dc.description.abstractThe main aim of this paper is to discuss the most important issues related to the functioning of NGOs. This is an attempt to answer the following questions: What are the sources of funding non-profit organizations? Who controls the third sector? What type of business is Caritas? The whole consists of four chapters and a summary. The first one explains what they are non-governmental organizations, their principles of operation and regulations. The second chapter deals with ways to raise funds through NGOs. The third part introduces the types of control and supervision of non-profit organizations, explains the difference between the two forms of vetting and define their terms of reference to the third sector. The work concludes with a detailed analysis of the functioning of Caritas in Poland. Approaches the history and origin of the organization, explains the principles of action based on the Statute of Caritas Poland, analyzes raise funds and material resources and their purpose. Describes the actions and programs implemented by Caritas supported by the public. Among the findings raises enormous recognition and public confidence in the organization Caritas.
