dc.description.abstractBezrobocie to ekonomiczny i społeczny problem XX wieku. Głównym celem prezentowanej pracy jest przedstawienie sytuacji bezrobotnych kobiet, które często narażone są na dyskryminację. To właśnie one często narażone są na brak zatrudnienia oraz problemy w jego poszukiwaniu. Praca składa się z czterech rozdziałów i ma charakter teoretyczno-badawczy. Pierwsza część poświęcona jest rozważaniom na temat bezrobocia i problemom kobiet na rynku pracy. W drugiej części przedstawiono statystyki zatrudnienia i bezrobocia w powiecie nowosądeckim oraz formy działania Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy. Ostatnia część pracy to część badawcza, gdzie podjęto próbę oceny skuteczności wykorzystywanych form przeciwdziałania bezrobociu w ocenie bezrobotnych kobiet. Zaprezentowano w niej hipotezy badawcze, które zostały poddane weryfikacji w oparciu o przeprowadzone badania ankietowe.pl
dc.description.abstractUnemployment is the economic and social problem of the twentieth century. The main purpose of the thesis is to present the situation of unemployed women, who are frequently exposed to discrimination. These are the women who often face lack of employment and encounter difficulties in finding a job. The thesis consists of four chapters and it is theory and research oriented. The first part is devoted to the considerations concerning unemployment and the problems of women on the job market. The second part shows the statistics of employment in the district of Nowy Sącz, as well as forms of actions provided by the District Labour Office for Nowy Sącz. The last part is the research part of the thesis. It comprises an attempt to evaluate the effectiveness of unemployment counteracting methods in the view of the unemployed women. The research hypotheses, which were verified by means of previously conducted survey, were also presented in this section.pl
