dc.description.abstractW pracy zwrócono uwagę na problem zarządzania zapasami poprzez charakterystykę zasadniczych odmian zapasów. Przeanalizowano powody utrzymywania nadmiernego poziomu towarów w magazynach i wynikające z tego koszty. Podkreślono znaczenie kosztów utrzymywania zapasów dla kondycji finansowej przedsiębiorstwa, zaznaczając iż jest to jeden ze składników struktury finansowej podmiotu. Poza tym wzięto pod uwagę zależność między formą usprawniania zarządzania zapasami produkcyjnymi a ogólną gospodarką finansową. W pracy przedstawione zostały również klasyczne metody zarządzania zapasami, rozpatrując je w przypadkach popytu niezależnego i zależnego. Przytoczono przykłady stosowanych już w przedsiębiorstwach rozwiązań informatycznych, tj. MRP, MPR II czy ERP. W dalszej części zbadano sytuację firmy X pod względem problemu zarządzania zapasami, sugerując wdrożenie jednego z nowoczesnych rozwiązań informatycznych, czyli ERP. Proces implementacji został rozłożony na 3 etapy: przedwdrożeniowy, wdrożeniowy i powdrożeniowy. Taka chronologia miała zapewnić skuteczność przebiegu procesu, a w przyszłości - sprawność działania systemu. Jako podsumowanie przytoczono tylko niektóre z korzyści jakie firma X odniesie dzięki zintegrowanemu systemowi ERP, m.in. większą skuteczność w prognozowaniu poziomu popytu.pl
dc.description.abstractThe thesis focuses on the problem of inventory management and characterizes the essential types of stocks. I analyzed the reasons why firms keep excessive levels of goods and the resulting costs. I underlined the value of the cost of maintaining stocks for the financial health of the company, emphasizing that it is the one of the elements of the financial structure of any enterprise. Furthermore, I highlighted the relationship between the way of improving production inventory management and overall financial economy. The paper also presents the classical methods of inventory management (independent and dependent demand). I described examples of the use of information technology solutions, for example MRP, MRP II or ERP. In the second part, I analyzed the situation of company of inventory management problem, suggesting the implementation one of the modern Information Technology solutions, that is ERP. The implementation process has been broken into three steps: pre-implementation, implementation and post – implementation. This chronology was to ensure the effectiveness of the process and in the future the efficiency of system operation. As a summary I discussed some of the benefits that company X will obtain, thanks to the integrated ERP system, including greater efficiency in forecasting levels of demand.pl
