Abstract

Mija 25 lat obecności coachingu w Polsce. Artykuł stanowi próbę uporządkowania psychologicznych źródeł tego nurtu, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem jego sportowej genezy. Poprzez przegląd narracyjno-integracyjny literatury, zaprezentowano analizę przejścia metodologii pracy nad „wewnętrzną grą” ze stadionu do świata biznesu. W tekście przyglądnięto się kluczowym konstruktom, takim jak poziomy neurologiczne, kręgi uwagi czy poczucie sprawstwa. Celem jest wykazanie, że coaching, choć często traktowany niefrasobliwie, posiada solidne fundamenty w psychologii naukowej, co potwierdzają przywołane metaanalizy skuteczności.It has been 25 years since the emergence of coaching in Poland. The aim of the article is to synthetically present its psychological sources, with particular emphasis on its sporting genesis and transition to the business area. The article is a narrative-integrative review in which We analyze the importance of individual resources, limiting beliefs and the locus of control. The work uses classic models, such as Dilts' neurological levels and Eberspächer's circles of attention, juxtaposing them with current research on the effectiveness of coaching. The conclusions indicate that coaching, embedded in reliable psychology, is an effective tool for unleashing human potential.
