dc.description.abstractW niniejszej pracy, przedstawiono w zarysie historię terroryzmu oraz jego ewolucję na przestrzeni dziejów. Największy nacisk położono na zjawisko cyberterroryzmu, stanowiącego jeden z najbardziej istotnych problemów współczesnego świata. W tekście omówiono podstawowe definicje i uwarunkowania dotyczące zjawiska terroryzmu oraz pojęcia dotyczące szczególnego rodzaju zagrożenia dla współczesnych demokracji, jakim jest cyberterroryzm. Przedstawiono także podstawowe metody działania terrorystów w sieci, zaprezentowano ponadto metody wykorzystywane do walki z cyberprzestępczością. Praca zawiera także omówienie, zarówno z etycznego jak i prawnego punktu widzenia, problemu traktowania terroryzmu przez prawo międzynarodowe. Ostatnim aspektem, będącym przedmiotem rozważań w niniejszej pracy, jest kwestia wzajemnej zależności pomiędzy działalnością terrorystyczną a mediami.pl
dc.description.abstractIn this paper I presented an overview of the history of terrorism and its evolution throughout history. I mainly emphasised the phenomenon of cyber-terrorism, which is one of the most important problems of the contemporary world. The text explained the basic definitions and conditions relating to terrorism and concepts relating to particular hazard in modern democracies which is cyberterrorism. The basic methods used by terrorists in the network are also presented. I also show the methods used to combat cybercrime. The work also includes presentation, both from an ethical and legal point of view, the problem of treatment of terrorism by international law. The last aspect taken under discussion in this paper, is a question of mutual dependence between terrorist activities and the media.pl
