dc.description.abstractNiniejsza praca dotyczy samorządu terytorialnego, a w szczególności gminy jako najważniejszej i podstawowej z tych jednostek. Celem pracy jest przybliżenie od strony teoretycznej samorządu terytorialnego jego gospodarki finansowej oraz wskazanie jak przedstawia się ona w rzeczywistości. W pracy szczegółowo przeanalizowano podstawy teoretyczne funkcjonowania samorządu terytorialnego. Pokazano w jaki sposób władze gminy realizują zadania w obszarze gospodarki finansowej. W celu ubogacenia pracy wskazano funkcjonowanie analizowanych w teorii koncepcji w praktyce. Dokonano analizy gospodarki finansowej gminy Łososina Dolna w latach 2012-2014, w celu zobrazowania faktycznego stanu dochodów oraz wydatków jakie ponosi gmina. W trakcie badań udało się ustalić jak na przestrzeni lat zmieniają się wspomniane elementy w gminie oraz na jakim poziomie się utrzymują.pl
dc.description.abstractThese thesis apply to the local government, particularly municipality as the most important and basic of the units. The aim of this study is to present the theoretical local government 's financial management and an indication of how present it in fact. The study examines in details the theoretical basis of the functioning of the local government. It shows how the municipal authorities carry out tasks in the area of financial management. In order to enrich this paper, the functioning analyzed in theory concepts indicated in practice was presented. Analysis of the financial management of municipalities Łososina Dolna in the years 2012- 2014, were done in order to illustrate the actual revenue and expenditure incurred by the municipality. In the study, I was able to determine how during the years these elements were changing in the community and at what level they sustained.pl
