dc.description.abstractRealizowana gospodarka finansowa gmin, umożliwia wykonanie konkretnych działań zmierzających ku zaspokojeniu podstawowych potrzeb mieszkańców. Umożliwia ponadto ciągły rozwój danego terenu, wykonując poszczególne zadania we własnym imieniu i na własną odpowiedzialność. W pracy dokonano oceny gospodarki finansowej gminy miejsko – wiejskiej Piwniczna – Zdrój w latach 2011 – 2014. Przedmiotem obserwacji były dochody oraz wydatki w danej gminie, jako dwa podstawowe aspekty gospodarki finansowej. Opisano istotę podstawowej jednostki samorządu terytorialnego oraz jej funkcję i zadania. Scharakteryzowano również organy gminy wraz z ich kompetencjami. Zwrócono uwagę na budżet gminy, opisując szczegółowo dochody oraz wydatki budżetowe oraz zobrazowano główne metody oceny gospodarki finansowej. Pokrótce opisano wybraną gminę Piwniczna – Zdrój - ogólne informacje o gminie, o jej gospodarce, lokalnym rynku pracy, infrastrukturze społecznej i turystycznej. W części praktycznej zaprezentowano analizę dochodów i wydatków gminy, ich strukturę. Dokonano również analizy wskaźnikowej dla badanych lat. W podsumowaniu ujęto wnioski dotyczące sytuacji finansowej gminy, która powinna dołożyć wszelkich starań dla poprawy swojej kondycji finansowej.pl

It also enables the continuous development of the site by performing various tasks on its own behalf and on their own responsibility. The study assessed the financial management of the urban - rural Piwniczna - Zdrój in the years 2011-2014. The object of observation were income and expenditure in a given municipality, as the two basic aspects of financial management. Describes the essence of the basic unit of local government and its functions and tasks. Also characterized by the municipal authorities and their powers. Attention was drawn to the municipal budget, describing in detail the revenue and expenditure budget, and illustrate the main methods of assessment of financial management. Briefly describes the selected municipality Piwniczna - Zdrój - general information about the municipality, its economy and the local labor market, social infrastructure and tourism. In the practical part we present an analysis of revenue and expenditure of municipalities, their structure. There has also been studied ratio analysis for years. In conclusion, it entered conclusions regarding the financial municipality which should make every effort to improve its financial condition.pl
