dc.description.abstractPrzedmiotem pracy są fundusze europejskie jako środki przeznaczone na dofinansowanie inwestycji oraz zadań realizowanych przez gminę Krościenko nad Dunajcem. Celem pracy jest przedstawienie znaczenia funduszy unijnych w realizowaniu inwestycji w gminie, roli oraz funkcji jakie pełnią one w rozwoju społeczno gospodarczym gminy, efektów jakie osiąga gmina poprzez ich obecność w budżecie. Gmina, jako podstawowa jednostka samorządu terytorialnego pełni szereg określonych funkcji, zaspokaja podstawowe obowiązki jej mieszkańców, przeprowadza inwestycje, jest podmiotem praw i obowiązków. Jej zadania ukierunkowane są na poprawę sposobu oraz jakości życia mieszkańców. W pracy przedstawiono inwestycje, które współfinansowane zostały ze środków unijnych w latach 2007 - 2014. Przedstawione zostały również wymogi oraz wytyczne, jakie musi spełnić gmina, aby te środki uzyskać. Przedstawiono efekty, jakie niesie za sobą pomoc z Unii Europejskiej w realizacji strategii gminy. Fundusze unijne pełnią rolę aktywizującą gminę oraz jej mieszkańców, stymulują rozwój gospodarczy gminy, są środkami współfinansującymi inwestycje, dzięki czemu wpływają na poprawę jakości życia jej mieszkańców oraz na wzrost atrakcyjności gminy.pl
dc.description.abstractThe subject of his work are European funds as a as resources for the financing of investments and the tasks carried out by the Krościenko nad Dunajcem community. The aim of the study is to present the importance of EU funds in the implementation of the investment in the community, the role it play in the economic and social development of the municipality, the effects the community reaches through their presence in the budget. Community, as the basic unit of local government has a lot of specific functions including the satisfying basic obligations for its inhabitants, investments, is the subject of rights and duties. Its tasks are aimed at improving the method and quality of life. The study presents the investments that were financed by the european funds in the years 2007 – 2014. It also includes requirements and guidance that are met by the community in order to obtain these measures. It also shows the effects that entails assistance from the European Union in the implementation of the strategy of the community. European funds activate the community and its resident, stimulate its economic development, co-finance investments, and thus affect the improving of its residents quality life and increase the attractiveness of the community.pl
