dc.description.abstractKultura organizacji jest czynnikiem warunkującym istnienie przedsiębiorstwa na rynku oraz wyróżnia go spośród innych. Jest to bardzo ważny aspekt będący częścią składową danej firmy, który pozwala pracownikom utożsamiać się z danym zakładem i czuć się jego cząstką. W niniejszej pracy poruszono kwestie teoretyczne związane z zagadnieniem kultury organizacji oraz motywacji a także zbadano funkcjonujące pomiędzy nimi zależności. Badania przeprowadzone wśród pracowników tarnowskiego zakładu produkcyjnego pozwoliły na zbadanie zależności pomiędzy kulturą organizacyjną firmy a poziomem motywacji pracowników. Wyniki badań pokazały, że istnieje silny związek pomiędzy kulturą organizacyjną a motywacją pracowników. W pracy zastosowano wywiad, ankietę oraz obserwację dla lepszego rozwinięcia problemu badawczego.pl
dc.description.abstractOrganizational culture is a factor in the existence of the company on the market and this culture distinguishes it from others. This is a very important aspect which is a part of a company that allows employees to identify with the company and feel the particle of it. This work includes the theoretical issues of the organizational culture and motivation as well as depending between them. Studies conducted among employees of the factory based in Tarnow allowed to examine the relationship between the organizational culture of the company and the level of motivation of employees. The results showed that there is a strong relationship between organizational culture and employees’ motivation. This work includes the interview, the questionnaire and the observation to develop in a better way the problem for research.pl
