dc.description.abstractCelem pracy jest przedstawienie istoty i źródeł finansowania rozwoju lokalnego jako zadania gminy oraz analiza i ocena wpływu dotacji inwestycyjnych „Rekultywacja zbiorników Czchów-Rożnów” realizowanych w ramach Małopolskiego Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego w latach 2007-2013 na rozwój gminy Łososina Dolna. Do metod badawczych należały analiza literatury przedmiotu i źródeł wtórnych, wywiad bezpośredni częściowo ustrukturyzowany oraz obserwacja uczestnicząca. Wykorzystano dane pierwotne, pochodzące z wywiadu i obserwacji uczestniczącej oraz dane wtórne, na podstawie dokumentacji projektu. Pozytywnie zweryfikowano pięć hipotez badawczych. W wyniku badań stwierdzono, że 1) dotacja inwestycyjna na projekt „Rekultywacja zbiorników Czchów Rożnów miała charakter trafny, tj. odpowiadała na istotny społeczny i gospodarczy problem w gminie; 2) dotacja miała charakter użyteczny, tj. zrealizowane na jej podstawie inwestycje przyniosły korzyści z punktu widzenia jakości życia mieszkańców i warunków gospodarowania dla przedsiębiorstw; 3) efekty inwestycji mają charakter trwały, tj. korzyści poprawa jakości życia mieszkańców i warunków gospodarowania przedsiębiorstw jest długoterminowa; 4) dotacje inwestycyjne na analizowany projekt wykorzystano w sposób skuteczny, tj. zrealizowano cele stawiane w planie inwestycyjnym; 5) dotacje inwestycyjne na analizowany projekt wykorzystano w sposób efektywny, tj. zgodnie z zakładanym harmonogramem i w ramach ustalonego budżetu.pl
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the thesis is to present the concept and sources of local development as a function of the local government as well as to analyze and to evaluate the impact of the investment grant “Regeneration of the Roznow and Roznow Lakes” within the framework of the Malopolska Regional Program 2007-2013 on the development of the Lososina Dolna commune. The following research methods were applied: the analysis of the literature and secondary sources, semi-structured interview and participant observation. Primary sources of data (based on the interview and participant observation) as well as secondary sources of data (analysis of the reports and records relating to the investment project) were adopted. The five research hypotheses were accepted, namely: 1) the investment grant was relevant, i.e. it responded to the major social and economic problem in the commune; 2) the investment based on the grant proved its utility in terms of improving the quality of environment and conditions of doing business in the commune; 3) the results of the investment are sustainable as the improvements in the quality of environment and in the conditions of doing business are long-term; 4) the investments were effective as the objectives were met according to the investment plan; 5) the financial resources were utilized efficiently, i.e. in accordance with the schedule and budget.pl
