| dc.description.abstract | Przedmiotem badań w tej pracy była problematyka przejmowania firmy rodzinnej na przykładzie dwóch firm, a dokładnie dokonanie na tej płaszczyźnie dobrego wyboru. W czasie obserwacji różnych firm zauważono, że nie jest łatwą w podjęciu decyzja, czy wprowadzona ma być sukcesja, czy może założona nowa firma. Stało się to przyczyną powstania tej pracy, przeprowadzenia odpowiednich ku temu badań i wysnucia wniosków. Celem pracy było przedstawienie i próba analizy wpływu sukcesji na rozwój firmy rodzinnej. Po sformułowaniu głównych tez podjęto ich weryfikację wykorzystując badania oraz własne przemyślenia. W dążeniu do osiągnięcia zamierzonego celu posłużyła ankieta. Ujęte zostały w niej ważne zagadnienia, określające jak przedsiębiorcy zachowali lub zachowaliby się mając do czynienia ze zjawiskiem sukcesji, a dokładniej jaki wpływ na ich przedsiębiorstwa miałoby to zjawisko. Wyniki, jakie udało się osiągnąć, udowadniają, iż rozwój firm rodzinnych poprzez sukcesję może odegrać bardzo ważną rolę w dążeniu tych firm do osiągnięcia jak najlepszych wyników, co przekłada się na wyższe zarobki. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | The subject of this thesis was the issues of taking over the family corporation on the example of two companies, but exactly making the best choice on this plain were the subject of the research. During observation of all sorts companies was noticed, that in the withdrawal a decision wasn't easy, whether led an inheritance is supposed to be, whether an established new company can. It became a cause of the uprising of this thesis, conducts appropriate towards it of examinations and drawing conclusions. Visualising the influence of the inheritance on the development of the family corporation was a main purpose of the work, presenting the key points and proving them with examinations and own reflections. In the aspiration to achieving the deliberate objective a questionnaire form served. Important issues, determining how entrepreneurs kept were included in it or would behave dealing with the occurrence of the inheritance, and more precisely what influence on their enterprises this phenomenon would have. To achieve results which were pretended, are proving that the development of family corporations through the inheritance can play the very important role in the aspiration of these companies to the achievement like good results what is being transferred into higher earnings. | pl |
