| dc.description.abstract | Praca dotyczy tematu dystrybucji i logistyki w największym i najlepiej rozwiniętej firmie paliwowej w Polsce, jaką jest PKN ORLEN S.A. Niniejsza praca dyplomowa poświęcona została identyfikacji, badaniu i analizie logistyki dystrybucji. Cel pracy zrealizowany został poprzez literaturę fachową oraz badania empiryczne, przeprowadzone w przedsiębiorstwie PKN ORLEN S.A. W badaniu wykorzystano metody: analizy dokumentacji firmy, analizy zasobów firmy oraz metody analizy strategicznej. Głównym wnioskiem zawartym w pracy jest stwierdzenie, iż podstawowym czynnikiem wpływającymi na rynkowy udział koncernu w sprzedaży paliw był rozwój sieci dystrybucyjnej. Pozycja rynkowa Orlenu powinna być przede wszystkim oceniana na poziomie krajowym, gdyż koncern posiada znaczące udziały na tym poziomie oraz dysponuje tutaj istotnymi przewagami nad konkurentami. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | Work concerns the topic of distribution and logistics in the largest and most advanced fuel company in Poland, which is PKN This thesis was devoted to identifying, testing and analysis of distribution logistics. Aim of the study was implemented through the literature and empirical studies, conducted in the company PKN Orlen PAC study used the method to the analysis of company documentation, analysis of company resources, and methods of strategic analysis. The main conclusion drawn in the study is finding that the primary factor influencing the company's market share in fuel sales was to develop a distribution network. The market position of Orlen should be primarily assessed on a national level, as concern has significant interests at this level, and has significant advantages that are here over its competitors. | pl |
