| dc.description.abstract | Celem niniejszych rozważań było, pokazanie że mobbing w miejscu pracy jest patologią. Narusza godność i dobra osobiste człowieka. Stanowi poważne zagrożenie dla życia i zdrowia człowieka. Część praktyczna dotyczyła badań własnych, które były przeprowadzone za pomocą ankiety internetowej wśród stu osób, korzystających z konkretnych portali i forów społecznościowych. Wnikliwa analiza pokazała, że osobowość, płeć, wiek i inne czynniki mają niewątpliwie duży wpływ na nasze reakcje na problemy i stres. Ukazano również, że ponad połowa ankietowanych doświadczyła mobbingu w miejscu pracy. Badania pokazały, że kobiety są częściej mobbingowane niż mężczyźni. Jak również to kobiety częściej są napastnikami. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this considerations was to show that workplace bullying is a pathology. It violates the human dignity and personal rights, it poses a serious threat to human life and health. The practical part applies to the own research, which were carried out by online survey among a hundred people using social websites and forums. Thorough analysis of has shown that personality, gender, age and other factors have undoubtedly a big impact on our reactions to problems and stress. It also shown that more than half of the respondents had experienced workplace bullying. Studies have shown that women are bullied more often than men. Women are also more often the attackers. | pl |
