| dc.description.abstract | W gospodarce rynkowej przedsiębiorczość jest nie tylko cenioną wartością, lecz także sposobem na funkcjonowanie na rynku pracy. Małe firmy są zarazem przejawem przedsiębiorczości swoich właścicieli, jak i istotnym podmiotem rynkowym. Celem pracy jest ukazanie przedsiębiorczości małych firm i ich roli w gospodarce na przykładzie firmy usługowej „Domino Garage”. Zaprezentowana firma poddana została analizie z wykorzystaniem metody SWOT oraz koncepcji pięciu sił M. E. Portera. Wyniki analizy strategicznej firmy usługowej „Domino Garage” potwierdzają tezę, że małe przedsiębiorstwa stanowią stabilny podmiot rynkowy i konsekwentnie realizują strategię konkurencyjną poprzez wykorzystanie możliwości, jakie stwarza otoczenie. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | In market economy the enterprise is not only the esteemed value, but also the way on functioning on labour market. The small firms are symptoms of their owners' economic activity and also the essential market subjects. The aim of this work is to show the activity enterprises in economy and the role of small firms on example of a service firm called “Domino Garage”. Presented firm was analysed by as tools as: the method of SWOT as well as the conception five strengths of M. E. Porter. Analysed firm “Domino Garage” confirmed thesis that small enterprises make up stable market subject and they realize consistently competitive strategy by using possibilities, what creates surroundings. | pl |
