dc.description.abstractIntegracja Polski z Unią Europejską miała znaczący wpływ na rozwój gospodarczo- ekonomiczny kraju i poprawę warunków funkcjonowania MSP. Niniejsza praca, poza teoretycznym przedstawieniem tematyki funduszy strukturalnych, programów operacyjnych oraz funkcjonowania i wpływu sektora MSP na rozwój gospodarczy kraju, ma za zadanie ukazać korzystny wpływ funduszy strukturalnych na rozwój i funkcjonowanie mikroprzedsiębiorstwa w pierwszym etapie rozwoju. Analizie poddana została firma Dekoredo, która zaistniała na rynku dzięki uczestnictwie w projekcie unijnym „Czas na Twój biznes- na bis”. Analiza firmy przeprowadzona została w oparciu o metodę badawczą, jaką jest analiza przypadku (case study). Wyniki badań na podstawie modelu Churchill i Lewis zadecydowały o usytuowaniu firmy Dekoredo na pierwszym etapie rozwoju, jakim jest zaistnienie. Podczas diagnozy POS przedsiębiorstwa ocenione zostały trzy główne komponenty, wpływające na potencjał wzrostowy firmy, jakimi są: przedsiębiorca, organizacja, strategia. Przedsiębiorca/ menedżer otrzymał ocenę wysoką, natomiast organizacja i strategia otrzymały oceny średnie. Firma Dekoredo swoje powstanie i funkcjonowanie przez pierwszy rok zawdzięcza otrzymanemu wsparciu w postaci jednorazowej dotacji na rozwój przedsiębiorczości. Fundusze strukturalne wspierając pojedyncze jednostki w tworzeniu nowych podmiotów gospodarczych korzystnie wpływają na cały sektor MSP, a tym samym wzmacniają konkurencyjność Polski na arenie międzynarodowej, wpływają na wzrost gospodarczy i tworzą atrakcyjne warunki dla inwestorów zagranicznych.pl
dc.description.abstractPolish integration with the European Union had a significant impact on the economic development of the country's economy. Various businesses, mainly of the MSP sector were supported by a special endowmen.This work, except for presenting theoretical topics of structural funds, operational programs, functioning and impact of the MSP sector on the economic development of the country, aims at showing the positive impact of structural funds on development and operation of micro - enterprises within the first stage of development. The analysis was subjected to the Dekoredo company, which came to existence on the market through participation in the EU project "Time for your business - an encore ." The Analysis of the company was conducted on the basis of the test method, which is case study. The results based on Churchill and Lewis model were key determiners to locate, coming into existence, the Dekoredo company at the first stage of development. During POS company diagnosis three main components were assessed that affect the growth potential of the company: entrepreneur, organization, strategy. The component entrepreneur / manager was rated high, while the organization and strategy were considered passable. The Dekoredo company, its creation and operation of the first year were mostly due to an endowment in the form of a one - time subvention for the development of the entrepreneurship. The Structural Funds to support a single individual in founding of new businesses have a positive effect on the MSP sector, and therefore enhance the competitiveness of Poland in the international market, impact on economic growth and create attractive conditions for foreign investors.pl
