Poziom lęku i nasilenie objawów depresyjnych a występowanie złożonego zespołu stresu pourazowego wśród osób dorosłych pochodzących z rodzin dysfunkcyjnych w Polsce i Perú

| dc.description.abstract | Przedstawiona praca składa się z części teoretycznej oraz empirycznej. Jej celem było wskazanie zależności między poziomem lęku, nasileniem objawów depresyjnych a występowaniem złożonego zespołu stresu pourazowego u dorosłych pochodzących z rodzin dysfunkcyjnych w Polsce i Perú. Badanie miało na celu określenie, w jaki sposób te zmienne są ze sobą powiązane oraz czy występują różnice w ich nasileniu między badanymi grupami. Łącznie w badaniu wzięło udział 226 osób – 112 z Polski i 114 z Perú. Do przeprowadzenia analizy wykorzystano Inwentarz Stanu i Cechy Lęku STAI, Inwentarz Depresji Becka, Wydanie II (BDI-II) oraz Międzynarodowy Kwestionariusz Traumy (ITQ) w wersjach polskiej i hiszpańskiej. Przeprowadzone analizy statystyczne pozwoliły na weryfikację hipotez i wykazały, że osoby z CPTSD częściej przejawiają wyższy poziom lęku oraz większe nasilenie depresji. Ponadto odnotowano różnice między badanymi grupami – Peruwiańczycy wykazywali wyższy poziom lęku oraz objawów depresyjnych w porównaniu do Polaków. Wyniki podkreślają znaczenie dalszych badań nad wpływem doświadczeń rodzinnych na zdrowie psychiczne dorosłych oraz potrzebę uwzględniania różnic kulturowych w analizie i interpretacji wyników. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | The presented work consists of a theoretical and empirical part. Its aim was to indicate the relationship between the level of anxiety, the severity of depressive symptoms, and the occurrence of complex post-traumatic stress disorder in adults from dysfunctional families in Poland and Perú. The study aimed to determine how these variables are related and whether there are differences in their severity between the studied groups. A total of 226 people participated in the study – 112 from Poland and 114 from Perú. The analysis was conducted using the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), the Beck Depression Inventory, Second Edition (BDI-II), and the International Trauma Questionnaire (ITQ) in Polish and Spanish versions. The statistical analyses allowed for the verification of hypotheses and showed that individuals with CPTSD more frequently exhibit higher levels of anxiety and greater severity of depression. Additionally, differences between the studied groups were noted – Peruvians exhibited higher levels of anxiety and depressive symptoms compared to Poles. The results underscore the importance of further research on the impact of family experiences on the mental health of adults and the need to consider cultural differences in the analysis and interpretation of results. | en |
