| dc.description.abstract | Praca magisterska pt. Drugi rozdział poświęcono charakterystyce pracy zdalnej, jej modelom, uwarunkowaniom organizacyjnym i psychospołecznym, a także korzyściom i ograniczeniom wynikającym z jej stosowania. W trzecim rozdziale zaprezentowano założenia metodologiczne badań własnych, natomiast w czwartym przedstawiono wyniki badań ankietowych wraz z ich analizą i interpretacją. Wyniki badań wskazują, że respondenci najczęściej identyfikowali u swoich przełożonych mieszany styl kierowania. Jednocześnie większość badanych pozytywnie oceniała funkcjonowanie swoich zespołów, choć ponad połowa zwracała uwagę na trudności związane z ograniczonym kontaktem społecznym i budowaniem relacji interpersonalnych. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | The master's thesis entitled “The Effectiveness of Managing Remote Teams in the Context of Remote Work: Evidence from Own Research” examines the challenges and determinants of managing teams operating in a remote work environment. The main objective of the study was to assess the impact of leadership practices on work efficiency, communication, employee engagement, and cooperation within distributed teams. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter discusses the theoretical foundations of team management, including management functions, leadership styles, factors influencing managerial effectiveness, and the role of communication in organizations. The second chapter focuses on remote work, its models, organizational and psychosocial conditions, as well as its advantages and limitations. The third chapter presents the research methodology, while the fourth chapter contains the results of the empirical study and their analysis. The findings indicate that respondents most frequently perceived their supervisors as applying a mixed leadership style. Although the majority of participants reported positive experiences within their teams, more than half identified limited social interaction and difficulties in building interpersonal relationships as significant challenges. The results also suggest that remote work may contribute to higher levels of professional efficiency. The study confirms that effective leadership in remote teams influences employee performance, communication quality, engagement, and cooperation. The main research hypothesis was partially confirmed, demonstrating that while leadership effectiveness plays a significant role in remote work settings, its impact is not entirely clear-cut and may depend on additional organizational and individual factors. | en |
