dc.description.abstractPraca przedstawia samorząd terytorialny w Polsce oraz proces komunikowania się. Omówiono pojęcie komunikacji, a także opisano strukturę i zadania samorządu terytorialnego. Zaprezentowano również charakterystykę Miasta i Gminy Stary Sącz. W ramach części badawczej przeprowadzona została ankieta wśród pracowników Urzędu. Przedstawia ona przepływ informacji wewnątrz instytucji. Analiza ukazała, że komunikacja wewnątrz Urzędu wymaga poprawy. Głównym problemem jest niedoinformowanie pracowników.pl
dc.description.abstractThe work represents regional and local authorities in Poland and the process of communication. Discusses the concept of communication, and also describes the structure and tasks of the local government. Also presented the characteristics of the city and the municipality Stary Sącz. Research was carried out as part of a survey of office workers. It shows the flow of information within the institution. The analysis showed that the communication within the Office needs to be improved. The main problem is ever stayed staff.pl
