dc.description.abstractCelem napisania niniejszej pracy było określenie szans absolwentów z wyższym wykształceniem na stałe zatrudnienie. Szybko rosnące koszty pracy prowadzą do upowszechniania się tzw. elastycznych form zatrudnienia. Dopasowanie systemu kształcenia do potrzeb rynku pracy ma w tych warunkach znaczący wpływ na zwiększenie zatrudnienia absolwentów szkół wyższych. Studenci w Polsce kształceni są na ponad 200 kierunkach, z kolei pracodawcy potrzebują dziś nie tylko kandydatów po ukończeniu renomowanej uczelni, ale pracowników świetnie przygotowanych oraz z praktycznym doświadczeniem. Jednym z priorytetowych zadań Narodowej Strategii Zatrudnienia i Rozwoju Zasobów Ludzkich było uruchomienie Programu Aktywizacji Zawodowej Absolwentów. Obszar badań autorskich w pracy magisterskiej obejmuje problematykę związaną z powiększającym się w ostatnich latach bezrobociem absolwentów szkół wyższych na polskim rynku pracy. W szczególności, celem badań była ocena skuteczności działań realizowanych przez Powiatowy Urząd Pracy [dalej: PUP ] w pow. nowosądeckim w ramach programu Pierwsza Praca. Na drodze badań ankietowych, przeprowadzonych wśród absolwentów zarejestrowanych w PUP wykazano, że wybór drogi kształcenia był jedną z przyczyn małych szans na zatrudnienie. Wyniki badań wykazały również niewspółmierne do realiów rynku oczekiwania absolwentów i słabe zaangażowanie w poszukiwanie zatrudnienia.pl
dc.description.abstractThe aim of writing the present thesis was to define the opportunities of higher education graduates for permanent employment. Rapidly increasing costs of work lead to the popularization to the so called flexible forms of employment. In these conditions, adjusting the system of education to the needs of labour market has a significant influence on the increase of employment of higher education graduates. Students in Poland are educated on over 200 fields of studies, while the employees need nowadays the candidates, who have not only finished renowned schools, but those that are greatly prepared and have practical experience. One of the priorities tasks of the National Employment Strategy and Human Resources Development was launching the Program of Professional Activization of Graduates. The field of author’s research in the master’s thesis involves the issues associated with increasing during the last few years unemployment among higher education graduates on Polish labour market. Particularly, the aim of research was the assessment of the effectiveness of the activities realized by Poviat Employment Agency [ie. PUP – In Polish Powiatowy Urząd Pracy] in nowosądecki poviat within the framework of the programme the First Job. Thanks to the surveys, carried out among the graduates registered in PUP it has been proved that the choice of the field of studies was one of the reasons of small chances for employment.
