This master’s thesis examines the relationships between personality traits, stress coping styles, and occupational burnout among teachers. The study employed a quantitative research design using standardized psychological instruments to assess personality characteristics, coping strategies, and the level of burnout among teachers working in educational institutions. The analysis of the results revealed significant relationships between the studied variables. It was found that specific personality traits and preferred coping styles are associated with the level of occupational burnout. Individuals who use more adaptive coping strategies demonstrated lower susceptibility to burnout, whereas the use of maladaptive coping strategies was associated with greater severity of burnout symptoms. The findings suggest that individual psychological predispositions may play an important role in reducing the negative consequences of occupational stress. Furthermore, the results may contribute to the development of preventive and supportive interventions targeted at teachers as a professional group.en
