Celem przedkładanej pracy jest przedstawienie źródeł dochodów i wydatków w Polsce na przykładzie podstawowej jednostki samorządu terytorialnego gminy Stary Sącz.
Hipotezą badawczą w poniższej pracy jest ukazanie, iż gmina Stary Sącz w sposób jak najefektywniejszy dysponuje środkami pieniężnymi zarówno swoimi jak i przyznanymi z budżetu państwa a także z innych jednostek.
The aim of submitted work is to present sources of income and expenditure in Poland for example, the basic unit of local government municipalities Stary Sacz. Research hypothesis in this paper is to show that the municipality Stary Sacz in the most efficient manner has cash both your and allocated from the state budget and from other units.
