Niniejsza praca dotyczy osobowościowych korelatów elastyczności poznawczej kierowcy zawodowego. Oprócz opisu zagadnień teoretycznych zostały tu zaprezentowane również badania własne, których celem było zbadanie osobowości kierowców zawodowych zarówno w sensie klasycznym (Wielkiej Piątki) jak i społeczno - poznawczym (na bazie koncepcji Potrzeby Domknięcia Poznawczego). Badania przeprowadzono na grupie 60 kierowców zawodowych.
This paper concerns the personality correlates of cognitive flexibility a professional driver. In addition to the theoretical description are presented here also own research whose purpose was to examine the personality of professional drivers, both in the classical sense (the Big Five) and socio - cognitive (based on the concept of closures cognitive needs). The study was conducted on a group of 60 professional drivers.
