The subject of this thesis is the analysis of the relationship between personality structure in the Big Five model and the level of experienced personal sense of life in the context of Viktor Frankl's logotheory. Empirical research was conducted on a group of 106 participants, verifying correlations between personality traits (neuroticism, extraversion, openness, agreeableness, conscientiousness) and the declared sense of life using questionnaire methodology. The analysis revealed statistically significant relationships: the personal sense of life shows a strong positive correlation with extraversion and conscientiousness, and a negative correlation with neuroticism. Furthermore, it was demonstrated that religiosity and commitment to spiritual life constitute a significant existential resource, fostering a higher sense of purpose. The results confirm that the sense of life is not a random value, but a construct deeply rooted in the stable structure of personality. The findings suggest that an individual’s personality profile determines their adaptive capacity in crisis situations and overall existential well-being. The thesis highlights the importance of individualizing therapeutic and preventive work, emphasizing the necessity of considering both innate dispositions and internalized value systems in building a coherent vision of existence.en
