dc.description.abstractPrzedmiotem pracy dyplomowej są programy operacyjne Unii Europejskiej i ich wpływ na rozwój gminy Kamionka Wielka. W pracy omówiono zagadnienia dotyczące samorządu terytorialnego, budżetu gminy, strukturę dochodów i wydatków budżetowych oraz programy operacyjne w badanej gminie. Celem niniejszej pracy było sprawdzenie jaki wpływ na rozwój gminy mają programy operacyjne. Do przeprowadzenia analizy wykorzystano materiały udostępnione przez Urząd gminy Kamionka Wielka. Problematyka będąca przedmiotem pracy ma zasadnicze znaczenie w rozwoju gminy, poprzez dofinansowanie ze środków Unii Europejskiej.pl
dc.description.abstractThe main subject of MA thesis are operational programmes of the European Union and their influence on development of the commune of Kamionka Wielka. In this MA thesis are described issues, which are conntected with local self-government, budget of the commune, the structure of budget incomes and of expenses and operational progremmes in explored commune. The general purpose of this MA thesis was checking how operational programmes influences on commune’s development. Materials, which were given by the commune office in Kamionka Wielka were used to carry out the analysis. Issues being an object of the work have a primary importance in the development of the commune by funding partially from European Union funds.pl
