dc.description.abstractCelem pracy jest przedstawienie wykorzystania środków unijnych w zakresie infrastruktury technicznej i społecznej oraz prezentacja wpływu tych funduszy na mieszkańców gminy Dębica, położonej w województwie podkarpackim. Pierwszy rozdział zawiera informacje o infrastrukturze społecznej i technicznej w Polsce oraz wyjaśnia pojęcie inwestycji. Rozdział drugi przedstawia fundusze unijne dostępne w latach 2007-2013. Rozdział trzeci opisuje charakterystykę, położenie i demografię oraz rynek pracy badanej gminy. Zawiera również informację o infrastrukturze technicznej i społecznej. Rozdział czwarty poświęcony został planom inwestycyjnym na lata 2007-2013 w gminie Dębica, zrealizowanych inwestycjach oraz funduszy, jakie były poniesione. W rozdziale tym znajdziemy informacje jak zrealizowane inwestycje wpływają na jakość życia mieszkańców.pl
dc.description.abstractThe goal of this work is to present the use of EU funds in the technical and social infrastructure, and presentation of the influence of EU funds on the residents of Debica community, situated in Podkarpackie province. The work consists of both a theoretical and empirical parts. The first chapter contains information in regards to the technical and social infrastructure of Poland as well as the definition of investments. Second chapter explains EU funds in 2007-2013. Chapter three explains the characteristics of the Dębica community, location, ecology, demographics and employment, economy, and technological and social infrastructure. Chapter four is dedicated to planned investments in the years 2007-2013; realized plans and investments with costs; influence of investment of the quality of life of its residents.pl
