Abstrakt

W pracy scharakteryzowano gminę, jako jednostkę samorządu terytorialnego w Polsce, a szczególnie Gminy Powiatu Limanowskiego. Przedstawiono etapy tworzenia, realizacji i wykonania budżetu, a także wydatki oraz osiągane dochody. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono inwestycjom podejmowanym przez Gminy Powiatu Limanowskiego. Celem pracy była analiza kierunku rozwoju poszczególnych Gmin Powiatu Limanowskiego, a także porównanie efektywności ich działalności. Przeprowadzona w pracy analiza daje informacje na temat źródeł finansowania projektów realizowanych przez Gminy, jak również najczęściej podejmowanych inwestycji.
The study characterized the municipality, as the unit of local government in Poland, especially the Municipality of the Powiat Limanowski. Shows the stages of development, implementation and execution of the budget, as well as expenses and income achieved. Special attention is given to investments undertaken by the Municipality of the Powiat Limanowski. The aim of this study was to analyze the direction of development of the various Municipalities of the district lima, and to compare the efficiency of their operations. Work performed analysis provides information on the sources of financing of projects by the municipality as well as the most frequently executed investments.
