dc.description.abstractPrzedmiotem pracy magisterskiej jest przedstawienie metody Lean Sigma jako narzędzia restrukturyzacji na przykładzie Poczty Polskiej S.A. W pracy scharakteryzowano oraz skwalifikowano rodzaje i narzędzia restrukturyzacji Następnie przedstawiono metodę Lean Sigma oraz jej zalety i wady. W pracy pokazano genezę i wdrażanie metody Lean Sigma w Poczcie Polskiej S.A. oraz przedstawiono efekty wybranych projektów. Z przeprowadzonych badań ankietowych na wybranej grupie pracowników Poczty Polskiej S.A. dokonano oceny skuteczności metody Lean Sigma w realizacji celów restrukturyzacyjnych Poczty Polskiej. Otrzymane wyniki potwierdziły, iż metoda Lean Sigma przynosi widoczne efekty w usprawnianiu procesów, podnoszeniu jakości świadczonych usług i sprzedawanych produktów.pl
dc.description.abstractThe subject of the thesis is to present a method Lean Sigma as a restructuring tool on the example of the Polish Post S.A. The work characterized and classified types and restructuring tools. Then the thesis presents a method of Lean Sigma and its advantages and disadvantages. The study shows genesis and implementation of Lean Sigma on the example of the Polish Post S.A. and presents the results of selected projects. The survey conducted on a selected group of Polish Post S. A employees assessed the effectiveness of Lean Sigma in achieving the restructuring objectives of the Polish Post S.A. The received results confirmed that the method of Lean Sigma brings visible effects in streamlining processes, improving the quality of provided services and sold products.pl
