Poczucie koherencji oraz inteligencja emocjonalna u osób z zespołem uzależnienia od alkoholu

Abstract

Celem niniejszej pracy jest analiza zależności pomiędzy poczuciem koherencji a poziomem inteligencji emocjonalnej u osób zmagających się z zaburzeniami używania alkoholu. W badaniu podjęto próbę ustalenia jak orientacja życiowa oraz kompetencje w zakresie rozpoznawania i regulowania emocji korelują ze sobą w grupie osób przechodzących terapię odwykową. Badanie o charakterze ilościowym przeprowadzono na grupie 50 pacjentów stacjonarnego oddziału terapii uzależnień. W procedurze badawczej wykorzystano: Kwestionariusz Orientacji Życiowej (SOC-29) Aarona Antonovsky’ego, Kwestionariusz Inteligencji Emocjonalnej (INTE) oraz autorską metryczkę do zebrania danych socjodemograficznych. Uzyskane wyniki wskazują, że zarówno inteligencja emocjonalna jak i poczucie koherencji stanowią zasoby osobiste, które wspierają proces zdrowienia i mogą zminimalizować możliwość nawrotu.

The aim of this master's thesis is to analyze the relationship between the sense of coherence and the level of emotional intelligence in individuals struggling with alcohol use disorders. The study attempts to determine how life orientation and competencies in recognizing and regulating emotions correlate with each other in a group of individuals undergoing addiction therapy. The quantitative study was conducted on a sample of 50 patients from a residential substance abuse treatment unit. The research procedure utilized the following tools: Aaron Antonovsky’s Sense of Coherence Questionnaire (SOC-29), the Assessing Emotions Scale (INTE), and a self-developed demographic questionnaire to collect sociodemographic data. The results indicate that both emotional intelligence and the sense of coherence constitute personal resources that support the recovery process and can minimize the likelihood of relapse.
