dc.description.abstractThe main task of the local public authority is effectively and efficiently meet the needs of local residents of a specific community, which requires the ability to identify the real needs of the inhabitants of a particular service and effective use of skills held by the local government provided material resources, financial and organizational. Address the needs of residents of a particular organization requires an efficient management of services by a public authority, whose duty is to ensure conditions for effective implementation, based on the adopted social policies, standards, and defined a specific market services. The paper presents the directory services provided by the office of the municipality, characterized audiences municipal services and outlines the differences in the provision of services in the private and public sectors.
