| dc.description.abstract | Głównym celem poniższej pracy jest omówienie zagadnień związanych z gospodarką finansową, podstawowej jednostki samorządu terytorialnego, jaką jest gmina. Gmina, będąc podstawową jednostką samorządu terytorialnego, ma przypisane odpowiednie zadania, związane z zaspokojeniem potrzeb społeczności lokalnej. Podmiotem pracy jest gmina Grybów, a przedmiotem badań analiza budżetu gminy. W teoretycznej części pracy zostały przedstawione ogólne informacje na temat samorządu terytorialnego, omówiona została gospodarka budżetowa samorządu gminnego oraz źródła dochodów i kierunki wydatkowanych środków. W części badawczej poddana została analizie ogólna charakterystyka gminy Grybów oraz jej budżet, zrealizowany w latach 2008 – 2010. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this study is to discuss issues related to the financial base of local government units it is the community. Community as basic unit of local government is assigned the appropriate task of satisfying the needs of the local community. The subject of the study is community Grybów, and the object of research is analyze the budget community. In the theoretical part of the work were presented general information about local government and the economy is discussed with community budget with income and expenses trends resources. The research part of the analysis has been the general characteristics of community Grybów and its budget implemented in 2008-2010. | pl |
