W pracy omówiono następujące zagadnienie holding - jego tworzenie i
sprawozdawczość na przykładzie fabryki X w oparciu o literaturę i materiały udostępnione
przez firmę. Celem pracy jest prezentacja holdingu jako nowoczesnej organizacyjnie i
finansowo spółki oraz doskonalenie systemu sporządzania i prezentowania jego danych
sprawozdawczych.
The paper discusses the following problem holding - its creation and reporting on the example of the factory X based on the literature and materials provided by the company. Aim of this study is to present holding as a modern organizational and financial companies and improving the system of preparation and presentation of the data reported.
