| dc.description.abstract | The subject of this thesis is to investigate the issues related to the essence and features of Container unit in International Trade. Therefore the thesis provides classification, division of containers as well as examples of their use in the process of logistics. The next chapters discusses main technical and legal aspects in Container Transport, organization of International Container Transport as well as an analysis of the port of Gdansk as container transport links.
